GAYLE GREGORY

|
With more than a little trepidation, Gayle Gregory left behind a successful corporate career in 1997 to realize her dream of sailing to Mexico and open-ended exploration of the Sea of Cortez. While there she spent many hours in awe of life's mystery and caught a glimpse of the reality behind the human condition. With her desire for deeper understanding, she returned home and befriended her fears and beliefs, learning to stand right in the middle of the present moment, the place where she says, “Life Is.”
Growing in self-awareness and wanting to share her insights, she authored two books, "The Grand Experiment, an Expedition of Self-Discovery” and "Workplace Evolution, Common Sense for Uncommon Times," a business management and leadership award-winner and her answer to why she, and so many others, are not fulfilled and leave their jobs in the corporate world. Her insights provide organizations with the ability to stem the tide of employee disengagement and to keep quality people on the payroll.
In 2001 Gayle founded Pure Possibility, a coaching and mentoring program that works with individuals on the outside and with men inside Oregon State's medium security prison. Her work in the prison has changed her understanding of humanity as much, if not more than, the sailboat adventure.
Gayle's other role is as CVO of Workplace Evolution, a proponent of Compassionate Capitalism. With Workplace Evolution (WE), she integrates her experience as a senior manager with two Fortune 500 companies and her continuously unfolding appreciation of human consciousness.
Never one to be bored, she also co-founded The Institute (and Foundation) for Bully-Free Living. Gayle is a life's transition coach, a veteran of radio talk shows, and an inspirational, take-no-prisoners speaker. Her passion is compassion, for self and for all others. |
